To order the products present in the coffee shop is extremely simple and clear. It will be sufficient to choose the link "Carries out Order" near the product wanted, and therefore to fill up, in all its fields, the order web form that appears in sequence. After having indicated the different typologies of products and the quantity wanted, send the message with a simple click on the button "Submit".

Within 24 hours from receiving your order we will send to you a proforma invoice indicating all the details about the products and the transportation, it will be also noticed the data for the payment. The payment of the total amount will be made through the transfer bank. We will provide to send the goods as soon as we will receive by fax, to the n° +39-0721 450399, a copy of your remittance slip.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase return the unused product to us for a prompt exchange or cheerful refund.

We are sorry for the time being buying using the COD (Collect on Delivery) is not possible out of Italy.

Right of Withdrawal

Shopping on-line via Internet is subject to the provisions provided for by Italian Executive Order 15th January, 1992 n. 50: the consumer (customer) can therefore assert withdrawal within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the article.

Conditions to assert right of withdrawal:

The customer who intends to assert right of withdrawal must forward within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the article a registered letter bearing receipt notice enclosing:

  • Evidence of one’s will to have recourse to the advantages granted by legislation;
  • Description of the purchased article;
  • The date when the article was ordered;
  • Data regarding one’s current account (bank, agency, current account number) to the address of the producer indicated on the transport papers.

Alternatively, the consumer can forward:

  1. within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the article a telegram to the producer’s address indicated on the transport papers;
  2. within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the article a fax to the producer at the number indicated on the transport papers, enclosing the data demanded in the aforementioned.

In both cases a) and b) the notice must be confirmed within 48 hours from the telegram or fax forwarding by means of a registered letter bearing receipt notice to be sent to the address indicated on the transport papers.

Reimbursement of consideration.

To obtain reimbursement of consideration, with 7 (seven) days of receipt of the article the customer must return to the sender by mail or Courier the article regarding which he intends to assert the right of withdrawal.

The article must be accompanied by the delivery note and/or the transport papers enclosed at consignment.

Within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of notice in which the customer expresses his will to assert withdrawal, the producer indicated on the transport papers will arrange the reimbursement by money transfer.

The above-stated reimbursement refers only to the sale price of the article, as outlined in the order note and the bill of parcel: in any case, incidental forwarding and delivery charges at the producer’s domicile are not subject to reimbursement insofar are borne by the customer.

Precondition to assert the right of withdrawal is that the article and packaging are intact.

Place of jurisdiction.

For civil disputes regarding the enforcement of the present Executive Order, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction rests with the judge residing in the city or domicile of the customer, if the city is located in state territory.

Taxes and Fees

The final cost that is showed on the purchase order consists of Italian taxes, for example sales taxes, and custom duties for purchase orders made out of Italy.

So the buyers will have to pay separately, on delivery, possible taxes and import duties that are enforced in the states of destination.

RioRicacoffee.com are not responsible for taxes enforced by other countries other than Italy.
